Golden Parents has not slowed down in spite of today's issues with the virus. They have seamlessly switched to group telephone meetings as well as successfully having all the members gather on Zoom for in person sessions.
We are cntinuing to have meetings for both kids and parents to continue the solid foundations that have already been established.

Parents can help their children feel emotionally secure by offering vocal affirmations of love and acknowledging their feelings.
Behavior management: Parents are responsible for teaching children how to behave in different circumstances. Helpful and positive behaviors should be recognized with praise or rewards. Parents should also ensure that negative behaviors result in consistent consequences.
